Cabins & Lodging

• HOLIDAYS ARE: EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, FOURTH OF JULY, LABOR DAY, WITCHING AND HALLOWEEN WEEKENDS.
• RATES BASED ON: Maximum number allowed in cabin. By state law, we cannot accept more people than listed in the rental units.
• WHAT’S INCLUDED? Pillows, Microwaves, Dinnerware and Most Kitchen Utensils.
• WHAT TO BRING? Bed Linens, Towels, Personal Items. *Bed linens can be provided for a $55.00 charge per cabin, for your entire stay.
• CHECK IN: 3:00 p.m. CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m.
• PAYMENTS: ALL reservations are PAID IN FULL at time of making the reservation. (Credit card on file will be held for replacements or repairs)
• NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED DUE TO AN “ACT OF NATURE”. (I.E.: TROPICAL STORMS OR HURRICANES.) ALL FUNDS WILL BE LEFT ON DEPOSIT FOR ONE (1) YEAR TO BE USED AT A LATER DATE!

CABIN POLICIES

No pets Inside or Outside ($200 fee)

No Smoking ($200 fee)

There is a 2 night minimum stay in all rental units on weekends. There are some holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day, that have separate minimum stay requirements. To ensure that all families who want to camp at Jellystone Park have the opportunity, ALL reservations MUST BE PAID IN FULL at time of making the reservation. Credit cards will be charged, not just “held” for a guarantee.

Minimum $25 Cleaning Fee if Cabin is not left as Clean as you found it, including but not limited to: washing dirty dishes, taking out the garbage, cleaning out the refrigerator/freezer, microwave, etc.

DAMAGE of any kind to the park or cabin WILL be CHARGED to me at the Manager’s discretion; a minimum charge of $100 will be billed; there is no maximum.
THERE IS ALSO A PER ITEM CHARGE FOR MISSING CABIN INVENTORY.

Keys must be turned in by 11:00 a.m.; late check-outs may be available at a fee of $25 per hour (only available if your cabin is not rented).

Visitors coming for the day cost $20 per person. Any additional person(s) over the maximum count advertised in our brochure is an additional $25.00 per person, per night.

Bracelets must be worn by everyone for the entire stay; replacement bracelets may be purchased for $20 each.

I understand that a $50 fee will be charged for lost keys.

CANCELLATIONS

A YOGI BEAR™ CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED LESS THE CANCELLATION FEE. THE CREDIT IS VALID 1 YEAR FROM CANCELLATION DATE. IF THE MONEY IS LEFT ON DEPOSIT IT WILL GET FULL CREDIT.

• Cabins NON-HOLIDAY – 72 hour cancellation notice is required.
• Cabins HOLIDAY – 7 day cancellation notice is required.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, provide the required cancellation notice, and choose to leave your funds on file with us valid for one year,  NO CANCELLATION FEE will apply.
• If you give the required cancellation notice of 72 hours and want your funds refunded to you, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
• If you do not give the required cancellation notice of 72 hours or do not show up for your reservation, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
